Our cleaning experts are bonded, insured, and highly trained. They take pride in their work, following strict guidelines such as never eating, drinking, smoking, or using appliances in your home. Our team also receives ongoing training and supervision to ensure exceptional cleaning with every visit.

Not at all—it’s completely up to you. We clean Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Most clients aren’t home during cleanings, but they trust Have It Maid with their keys. For added security, keys are securely coded, cross-referenced, and kept safe in our office.

While we can’t guarantee an exact time, we offer 2-hour arrival windows to give each home the attention it deserves. The only exception is the first appointment of the day, which has an 8:30-9:00 a.m. arrival window.

At Have It Maid, we are committed to delivering consistent, high-quality cleaning. However, if we ever miss a spot, simply notify us within 24 hours. Our team will promptly address the issue, thanks to our house cleaning guarantee—your satisfaction is always our priority.

Have It Maid offers a stress-free cleaning experience. We handle all personal liability concerns, including workers’ compensation for job-related injuries. Unlike independent cleaners, we’re fully licensed, insured, and bonded, ensuring complete protection for you and our team.

Our professional cleaning services are tailored to keep your home fresh and comfortable while meeting your unique needs and budget. However, there are a few things we typically do not handle:
Washing dishes
Doing laundry
Picking up or removing clutter
Cleaning fireplaces
Cleaning toys
Moving heavy furniture
Cleaning TV/computer screens
Handling pet or human secretions

If you need to reschedule, please call our office at least 72 hours before your scheduled service, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a fee. If we arrive for a scheduled cleaning and are unable to access your home, a $100 lockout fee will apply. For recurring services, skipping an appointment may affect your next billing.

We observe the following holidays:

Christmas Day
If your cleaning falls on one of these days, we’ll reach out to arrange an alternate date. For all other holidays, we work as scheduled unless you notify us to cancel.

Payments are due on the day of your scheduled cleaning. Most clients keep a credit card on file for convenience. You may also leave cash or a check on the kitchen counter. Unpaid accounts after 7 days will be charged a $25 late fee.

When scheduling your cleaning, you’ll receive a two-hour arrival window during which your team will arrive. This allows for flexibility due to traffic, weather, or variations in previous appointments.

Absolutely! Special instructions help us deliver the personalized service you deserve. Please share these details directly with our office so we can add them to your permanent notes, ensuring all team members are aware, even if a different team cleans your home.

An initial cleaning allows us to bring your home to a high standard of cleanliness. It gives us extra time to address old dirt, dust accumulation, and areas like baseboards and corners. This ensures we can maintain that level of cleanliness in future visits.

Have It Maid offers flexible scheduling, including weekly, biweekly, or monthly cleanings. We also provide services for special occasions, move-ins, and move-outs, based on your needs.

We strive to send the same team to your home for consistency and familiarity. While absences or staff changes may occur, all our teams are thoroughly trained in our cleaning system, ensuring the same quality service regardless of who cleans your home.
